T.S. Moly Lubricants, Inc. manufactures specialized industrial lubricants featuring MoS (molybdenum disulfide). T. S. Moly Lubricants has greases, oils, antiseize compounds, aerosols, and additives in a variety of packaging sizes. Industries served include marine construction, offshore oil and gas drilling, sugar refining, metal fabrication, and a variety of manufacturing and service companies, plus consumers
T.S. Moly Lubricants, Inc., located in Houston, Texas, is a manufacturer and supplier of industrial lubricants. Customers include end users, supply companies, and distributors in both domestic and foreign markets. Products sold include greases, oils, anti-seize compounds, aerosols, and additives. Although T.S. Moly Lubricants’ products generally feature molybdenum disulfide (“moly” for short), not all of them do. Some products are designed for specific applications for which moly is inappropriate. Two SeaSafe® greases are environmentally-safe (as defined by the U.S. E.P.A.).
Much of the development of T.S Moly’s products have taken place with the participation of customers. This close working relationship has created exceptional products, which have been added to the product line. T. S. Moly Lubricants’ customers include a wide range of companies, with a concentration in marine construction, offshore oil and gas drilling, industrial manufacturing, and sugar mills.
Application
TS-210 SeaSafe™ Leg Dope & Cable Lube is a high performance open gear and cable lubricant designed for use in an environmentally sensitive area.
Benefits
As an open gear lubricant, TS-210 has excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties for the lubrication of heavily loaded sliding surfaces. TS-210 is environmentally and hygienically safe. (It is not biodegradable.). It is completely water proof and has an extremely effective adhesion to metal surfaces. As a cable lubricant, it "works" its way into the cable upon application by the Powerlube wire rope lubricator. TS-210 contains no solvent carrier. When injected into new cable, it is unlikely that re-lubrication will ever be needed.
TS-210 will absolutely not wash off or out, run off, blow off, dry out, or melt away. When used on higher speed gears, it will not "sling" off.

TS-210 has passed both performance standards (modified) of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for determining environmentally safe fluids in oil and gas extraction offshore in U.S. waters: 1) Acute Toxicity to Mysidopsis Bahia ("Shrimp Test") and 2) Determination of free oil ("Static Sheen Test").
Application
TS-264 is designed for lubricating any type of rail that, in particular, may result in the lubricant's becoming immersed in water. Examples of applications include skidding vessels into the water from a shipyard or skidder ways of offshore drilling rigs where grease may be washed overboard during cleanup.
enefits
TS-264 is environmentally safe according to the test criteria developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.* TS-264 contains low friction, non-petroleum oils, molybdenum disulfide, and other solids to combine biodegradability with superior lubricating qualities. Once skidding activity is complete, the biodegradable TS-264 Skid Grease can be washed off for safer personnel activities in the skidder area.

Application
TS-90 is an additive designed to impart high performance benefits to finished enclosed gear oils. It is added to gear oils at a mixture ratio of 1:9 (10% treatment); that is 1 part of TS-90 to 9 parts of gear oil. A ratio slightly more or less is acceptable. (TS90, TS 90)
Benefits
TS-90 is made from a blend of high-quality polymers and moly. When added to finished oil, it coats all surfaces with a tough, slippery film. The polymers help the oil to withstand higher loads than normal. Friction is reduced, allowing moving surfaces to operate smoother and quieter under varying load conditions. Lower friction reduces operating temperatures. TS-90 Moly Gear Concentrate is very resistant to degradation by high shear. The moly also substantially reduces friction and improves the extreme pressure, load carrying and antiwear capabilities of gear oils.
Advantages include:
• Greater energy efficiency
• Reduced gear wear
• Better gear performance through reduced friction
• Protection during intermittent, extreme operating conditions
• Improved gear noise levels

Application
TS-70 is a general purpose moly paste with many uses. It has proven to be an outstanding lubricant for a saltwater environment, above and below the surface: subsea riser, BOP, flange equipment and structural bolts. Other applications are components for press fittings, threads in tapping, boundary lubricating of parts in assembly and make-up, bushings of heavily loaded slow moving bearings, and many more. Apply by brushing or burnishing.
Benefits
TS-70, with 70% by weight of molybdenum disulfide, provides uniform and durable boundary lubrication under extreme pressure, in wet or corrosive environments, and over a wide temperature range. Its coefficient of friction nearly approaches that of pure MoS2, and superior wear protection is assured. TS-70 does not contain metals.
