A premium quality, unleaded compound containing copper flake, graphite, and other natural extreme pressure and anti-wear additives. KOPR-KOTE’s solids package is formulated to prevent excessive circumferential makeup by increasing the coefficient of friction under compressive forces. As stress levels rise above 50% of yield, the friction factor increases, limiting downhole makeup. Full hydraulic joint efficiency is maintained allowing joint shoulder faces to mate completely without standoff or deformation.

For invert or high-pH muds, use Jet-Lube^® EXTREME^®. For wedge-type thread connections, use NCS-30^® ECF^™ for best thread-wear protection.

550^® Extreme^® Low "E" Nonmetallic Anti-Seize & Thread Lubricant

A low "E" enhanced formulation that uses a balance of molybdenum disulfide and surface modified synthetic graphite in a corrosion resistant calcium sulfonate complex base combined to provide protection for a wide variety of applications over a wide temperature range.

550 EXTREME is the ideal product for petrochemical plant maintenance needs. Its composition offers maximum protection against seizure and heat freeze. 550 EXTREME eases assembling and dismantling saving man hours. It assures protection against rust, oxidation, and corrosion. It will not harden, evaporate, or settle out; and it requires no thinning.

550 EXTREME utilizes a complex base grease that is fortified with effective rust and corrosion inhibitors and provides inherent anti-wear properties. Each principal anti-seize, low friction ingredient provides important properties and characteristics to 550 EXTREME.

As an added benefit, when compared to anti-seize compounds containing greater than 40% molybdenum disulfide the coefficient friction of 550 EXTREME is less sensitive to temperature. High molybdenum products can have substantial friction function drops when hot torqueing bolts are between 250°- 400°F.

APPLICATIONS: 550 EXTREME works equally well on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, copper, brass, alloys, and plastic., and gasket materials. 550 EXTREME is an effective anti-seize for use with LPG and other gasses. For sealing applications, use V2^®.

Lubricates: Contains ashless extreme pressure additives and highly refined lubricating oils which provide superior protection and antiwear properties.

EZY-TURN BODY FILL is ideal in applications where economy is required and hydrocarbon resistance is not a major concern.
